What it is
Interactive Arts is an online art gallery providing over 1000 original, quality fine art works available for purchase.
To browse online:
Go to www.InteractiveArts.com.au
Click the Art gallery menu at the top of the page
To browse by Art style select the style you’re interested in on the left hand menu under Categories
To browse by Artist select an artists name from the drop down box under the Artists listing. To find out more about each artist go to the Meet the Artist menu tab at the top of the page.
n.b. if you see something you like but are unsure about purchasing online we have a 30 day money back guarantee for this reason. So if you receive the artwork and it isn’t the right size or style or whatever reason as long as we receive the work back within 30 days in original condition we will give you a full refund.
To purchase online:
Do as per above instructions to browse, once you see something you’d like to buy or consider buying simply click the artwork and then click the Add to Cart button at the bottom of the screen next to the price and this will add the art to your shopping cart.
Click Continue Shopping at the top of the screen if you wish to continue adding more artwork to your shopping cart.
Check all the artwork you’d like to buy is listed correctly in the shopping cart.
Click the drop down box to select delivery
Add any comments for us in the Special requests box
Add any Discount or Gift Voucher codes you may have
Click the recalculate button
If everything is correct click the Go to Payments button
Complete your contact details and delivery instructions
Click Continue
Select your payment option and click continue
n.b. if at any stage a blank white screen appears simply scroll up on the right hand side of the page and you will see the appropriate screen.
You are now taken to our secure payment gateway Paypal. If you have a Paypal account login on the right hand side of the screen. If you don’t press Continue under the card and bank logos.
Once payment via Paypal is complete you will receive confirmation emails and receipt of payment of your purchase.
Finally enjoy your art once delivered or collected.

Fees
No fees are charged to clients other than delivery.
Payment
You can pay for the artwork either:
via the website online including credit card facilities. Our payment gateway is Paypal n.b. you do not need a Paypal account to use this. Please contact us if you have any difficulties.
EFTPOS facilities are available from our studio office please call us to arrange a private appointment.
Invoice for businesses in advance.
A short term payment plan (4 weeks or less) using paypal for direct debit payments (n.b. a $50 service charge applies) or
3, 6 month Art Rental Agreements with full payment on completion please contact us for further information.
Delivery & Installation
All artworks are framed or mounted with a hanging system on the rear. Interactive Arts will arrange delivery and installation. We will include the cost of packing and delivery in our quote.
